My partner called them to have the basement insulated with polyurethane. They made the quote by telephone, not wanting to travel (like most companies, because we don't stay nearby). We decided to do business with them, and when it came time to do the insulation, an employee came and told my partner, while looking at the basement, that he couldn't spray everywhere, because his equipment did not reach certain places. He therefore advised us to go get some urethane cans to spray ourselves in these places, and to call him back once it was done so that he could come back and do the rest.
