Excellent communication and help when needed. I had to cancel an order rather late in the process and sent an email to The FloorBox.ca. Elsa was consistently fast and very helpful in her responses. She helped cancel the order and gave me a full refund. However, the warehouse made a mistake and sent me the contents of the cancelled order. I got in touch with Elsa again. She initially told me they would send me a return waybill at no cost to me, and the package would be picked up by Purolator. Later on, they decided to gift me the products sent in error, a value of over $100. This company left a great first impression on me, and I felt they genuienly go out of their way...read full review

Ordered two 1 gallon buckets of Laticrete Hydro Ban, only one showed up. Contacted customer service (Elsa) who replied quickly and was professional and kind. She sent a new pail to me which arrived as an expedited shipment. This is the second purchase I've made through TheFloorBox and so far so good.

Ran in to a credit card glitch for placing an order. Contacted the help desk which pointed me in the right direction. Placed the order and received the item in lightning speed. Good service and a good price for the item. Very good customer service.
