Optiprix is a professional and welcoming business. The staff is pleasant and provides good customer service. Dr. Chantal Brisson and Dr. Normand Houle are competent and friendly optometrists. The team takes pride in their work, offering exceptional service and a wide range of eyewear options. Patients appreciate the warm and caring atmosphere, making each visit a positive experience. Optiprix is highly recommended for its professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail.
Dr. Chantal Brisson o.d. must have followed me since I was around 6-7 years old, we were still in the 90s at that time.She is very competent and very professional.She wasn't always at Optiprix, but I went there because she's there now.I highly recommend it.I have always been welcomed at this place.The staff is pleasant and there is good customer service.Having had a last minute exam, to get ahead of my appointment, I also saw Dr Normand Houle, for the first time, also very friendly!
I went there twice to have my broken glasses arm glued while waiting to be able to do my eye exam again (I was advised to wait because I am pregnant) and to buy a new pair. The people at reception and the opticians I spoke to were so kind to me. Thanks again !
I'm on my third glasses at Optiprix. Each visit is a warm experience with professional and courteous contacts. The eyewear options are great and each member of the team takes their role to heart to provide us with exceptional service. Long live Optiprix!
