I love the Sherbrooke factory!!!! No need to be a pro in cross fit!!! You just need to be willing to learn and be willing to step out of your comfort zone and put your health first.
I started mid-September 2023 with the 8 introductory sessions which is really a big plus for learning the basics of cross-fit and also for evaluating our own abilities.I'm 43 years old, I've been joining gyms for a long time and doing bodybuilding... but for me it was becoming redundant, I lacked inspiration and I was looking for a challenge.If you're wondering...will I be able to? Yes, definitely, despite the group training formula you go at your own pace and the coaches are always there to find options to adapt everything according to our abilities.In short, I recommend it to you!
I started at the Factory two weeks ago! I find it really interesting to train in a group while respecting my abilities! The coaches are available to answer my questions! The oldest ones are very welcoming!
