I purchased a 96" wide patio door, triple glass. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about their product and installation. No pressure sales of nonsense and all the answers to our questions! The prices are competitive, I shopped for several and it was slightly cheaper at Isothermique. The installation is not yet done, let's hope that they will live up to their promises...I will know in September!Unfortunately the door was not the right thickness and I had to wait a whole month for another door which was installed in October! This is not what was planned and it caused me inconvenience and worry that I would have preferred to avoid.
