We have had a faulty range hood since the first day we moved into our new construction. Whether it is set to position 1, 2 or 3, it makes the same noise, that of a Boeing 747 taking off, and sucks in almost nothing. They have known about it for two months and we are still waiting for someone to even come and see the problem! We call them regularly and when they deign to answer or return our calls, it's always "we'll call you back next week without fail"... for at least 8 weeks. I am not one to complain or say bad things about a company, but here, even taking into account the current situation, I am really fed up with the lack of professionalism.
