Reviews
VERY VERY VERY competent inspector. And above all professional despite difficult sellers. We retained his services for the purchase of a duplex which seemed in good condition and which turned out to be a nest of problems that Alexandre took the time to very clearly document the urgent issues to be addressed.I definitely recommend it to future buyers who want to pay the right price for a property, especially with the current market for old houses that lack love. He will be able to answer your questions regarding structure and urgent issues to be resolved quickly.
Everything was very efficient from A to Z. From the communication/making of appointments to the delivery of the exhaustive report in just 24 hours, not forgetting clear explanations on the problems and corrective measures to be made to our future house during the visit. Thank you Alexandre!
