Bought my unit (Fujitsu) in 2017.... I think.has been a great little unit for household climate control.. haven't had any problems. Fan recently started making a bit of a funny sound, called up to have the maintenance done, the dude diagnosed the problem and a few weeks later they came back and replaced fan motor and bearing all on warranty, they even replaced the door because one of the tabs were broke.Good equipment, service and everyone I spoke with at this place was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.I highly recommend.

Merci a Patrick et tout son équipement pour le merveilleux travail et service. J'ai communiqué avec eux pour des problèmes de ventilation de ma thermopompe. J'ai eu un service exceptionnel pour satisfaire leurs clients et ils sont toujours allées au-delà de ce que je pouvais m'attendre. Chaque fois un technicien est venu rapidement sur place pour trouver la problématique de l'appareil. Je suis très reconnaissante et vous remercie infiniment. Je recommande fortement cette entreprise.
