Ils n’ont pas fait un bon travail, mais un ¨EXCELLENT TRAVAIL¨. Je suis très satisfait des travaux et du professionnalisme de l’équipe. S’il y a quelqu’un dans ma famille ou mon entourage qui cherche une équipe pour installer ou remplacer des gouttières. Cela me fera un grand plaisir de référer les Gouttières sud-ouest sans hésitation. Encore une fois, félicitations….

We called on Gouttières Sud-Ouest to repair part of the soffit which had started to detach from the building. The soffit was repaired well, in a reasonable time, at a competitive price. The only downside was that when I returned home, there were 3 bird nests on the ground in the area where the repair was carried out. The nests appeared uninhabited, but I believe they could have been collected at the end of the work. Despite this, we are satisfied with the repair.

After calling over 7 different places to repair soffits and shingles that fell off our roof during the May 4 storm, with no conclusive results for all kinds of reasons (they don't deal with condos, the roof is too high, they only make flat roofs, they don't come to Lachine...), I finally came across Mr. Deschamps, who came to check what was going on the same day.The next day, I received a quote, and the day after that, the work was done. Mr. Deschamps is really friendly, and we see that he really tries to find solutions to provide good service.After the experience I just had, I really recommend it.
