Piscine Servex is a highly regarded local business that offers excellent service and a wide range of products for pool and spa needs. Customers appreciate the knowledgeable staff who provide helpful advice and support. The service department is known for its quick and efficient work, handling everything from pool openings and closings to diagnosing spa issues. Even though the store is small, the quality of service is outstanding, making it a favorite destination for pool owners.
We have been dealing with Piscine Servex for over 8 years now. They open and close our pool every year and if a problem arises they do their absolute best to rectify the problem quickly. Recently we have had problems with our pump and salt generator. Frederick did his best to solve the problems but a new one arose and he provided the best advice he could, Once we can find the part we need, he has promised to come back to install it. We find his prices reasonable and have complete trust in him. Thank you for all the many years you have taken care of our needs. Brian and Karen.
An English-speaking person made a scene in front of me and the saleswoman kept her calm. I was surprised to see how the tone rose on the client side but it was managed well. Good service!
Always great service from Piscine Servex! In store they give good advice and they have lots of products and parts in stock! The service department is excellent and the work is impeccable :) I dealt with them for the opening and closing of my pool, the purchase of products and water tests. They also came to help me diagnose a problem with my Jacuzzi Spa quickly and they fixed everything in a few minutes once there. It's great to have a quality local company like this :) Thanks to the whole team, great work!
