Working entirely on his own, he demolished and completely rebuilt all three of my balconies, including the roof work, and the craftsmanship has been outstanding. In addition to the balcony work, he reinforced the entire structure of my attic and did reinforcement work in my basement, all done with great care and solid workmanship. He showed up when he said he would, worked incredibly hard every day, kept the job site organized, and took real pride in his work.
