Everything was perfect, from the design of the windows, to the support, suggestions and advice, Mr Bernier was a great help, and the windows he helped us choose are of great quality!I also only have flowers for the installers. Exceptional attention to detail, everything remained clean following the installation of the windows.The windows are magnificent, we will do business with Isothermic again for the next windows for sure.

Bonjour , merci pour le suivi . Je suis très satisfait du produit et surtout du service de mr Bernier . Cependant je n arrive pas à avoir ma subvention entre autre à cause que sur vos document il n y a pas l'inscription facture comme en-tête . Un processus long qui ne fini plus de finir même la cie évacuatrice ne me donne plus de nouvelles . Merci et bonne journée

Quality equipment and impeccable service.I have never had condensation in my windows since I had their triple glass installed.Dave has always answered all my questions efficiently and the after-sales service is fantastic. One door needed an adjustment. Dave came out himself, found the solution and fixed the micro glitch, even though it has been over 5 years since the installation took place.I recommend without hesitation.
