Unfortunately lack of skills among staff. For example, we provided all our plans with measurements and several unopened boxes had to be returned (30% return costs even though it is the store that advises us on the quantity). Then faucet sold without drain and impossible to order the sink drain subsequently within a reasonable time, and leads to 2 plumber visits. I also went back because I was missing paint (again the dimensions had been provided), only to find that it was not the right shade versus the first strip sold. We were very satisfied during our renovations 7 years ago, but we definitely did not have the same experience this time.
