I have been a customer at the salon for 10 years. I have always had good service and appreciated the results of my cuts. Recently, I called them “emergency” due to an unforeseen surgery which will prevent me from washing my head for 3 weeks. The salon mobilized quickly because my hairdresser was on vacation and suggested the bubbly Charlie who gave me good advice on adjusting the cut so that I was as comfortable as possible.
