Spa Des Neiges offers a remarkable experience with helpful and attentive staff, and a magnificent setting on the banks of the Saint Lawrence River. The spa features various temperature baths, including hot baths and several types of pools, comfortable rest areas with stunning views, and a eucalyptus steam room. Visitors can enjoy professional massages, as well as tasty pizza and soup. The atmosphere is intimate and beautifully maintained, especially in the evening when lit by torches. Although robes could use an update and sandals are recommended, the breathtaking views and overall atmosphere make it a place to revisit when in Quebec. The outdoor terrace is particularly recommended for dining, and the staff is known for their warm welcome.
Great amenities, beautiful view by the river. Friendly service. Great prices - got the reduced fare after 16h on a weekend, was really worth it after the color run in Mont Sainte Anne.
Only comment would be the complimentary lemon water did not taste good.
The Snow SPA was a great discovery. We did the Sauna and tested the different baths with a view of the river and the Île d'Orléans! The staff was very friendly and we had a very good dinner!
We took advantage of the Canyon St Anne offer and entry to the SPA after 4 p.m. and it was really perfect. The place is beautiful and very well maintained! Hot baths, several types of pools, sauna and hammam in an intimate atmosphere and lit by torches in the evening. We took advantage of the bistro and ate very well in a beautiful, peaceful setting. The service staff was very welcoming!
