Patrick was right on time, polite, friendly and completely bilingual. He is extremely knowledgeable and explained everything to me, basically educated me on my well and water system. He was able to fix the issue, and also explained to me all the possible ways to improve water pressure and possibly install a reservoir system. All in all, a very good service call and he gets 5 stars.
Good 5 star business service. When I got up one morning, I had no more water!!My well, my reservoir?? I called GrouprH2o at 9:00 a.m. and was informed that a technician would be at my house in the afternoon.Around 1:00 p.m. technician Patrick, did a remarkable job, did all the checks and worked hard to change the pump in my well..Professional work done everything in the same day. THANK YOU H2o group, Patrick and the employees on the phone, branch of St agathe des monts and Saint Donat.
We had a visit from Hugo.He works consistently and answers all our questions.Efficient, kind and helpful.Great experience with H2OOf course the bill is high but the material and time costs are clear and fair.I recommend H2O and M. Hugo
