Parquet Design D & D Inc
“You can recognize a good company by its after-sales service. We had our wood floors and staircase redone by this company. We had small problems, but Denis did everything in his power to correct the situation and offer us the service we expected and a very good result. People are punctual and they come on the agreed date. I recommend this company. A special thank you to Jocelyn, a very friendly person who did a great job and gave us good advice.”
Planchers GSM
“We redid our kitchen this winter and we purchased the porcelain for the floor and backsplash from Planchers GSM. We are very happy with our purchases. We were very satisfied with the service received by Ms. Marie-Josée Berthiaume and Sophie Vaillancourt as well as a kind employee named Véronique who sacrificed part of her lunch hour to help us. The service was always provided with a smile, especially the lady at reception, our numerous requests for help were always responded to promptly and courteously, despite the intense traffic at the time as we were coming out of a period of confinement. So thank you to these ladies, it was very appreciated. C. Cayouette, La Prairie”
