Hôpital Vétérinaire St-Lazare provides exceptional service and care for pets. The staff is friendly, gentle, and efficient, taking the time to explain procedures and offer advice. The facility sells pet food and rarely runs out of products. Clients appreciate being listened to and feel valued. The staff's attention to detail and follow-up calls demonstrate a commitment to quality care. While slightly more expensive than other options, the service justifies the cost, making it a loyal client's choice.
Thank you so much to the techs, veterinarians and staff at this clinic !! Always so very prompt, caring, helpful and empathetic to their patients and owners....
And the efficient appointment service is the best; forever accomodating !! I wouldn't go anywhere else with my pets......
We used to go to this hospital for our cat when we lived in St Lazare.
The service is so great that we remained clients after we moved in another city :)
And when our cat passed, we felt they were just as sad as we were. They sent us a card to offer their condolances.
Today, I called them for something totally unrelated, and the receptionnist remembered our cat.
I think they really care about our little animals and their owners.
I came here as a walk in for my injured kitten and they took me right away. Within two hours I was back home and my girl is all back to herself. Amazing staff from the front desk, vet techs and the vet. Couldn’t be more grateful!!
