I am 64 years of age, and in all of my years of doing business (and I’ve done plenty) there has only been a handful of individuals that have left me as impressed as Karol has. Karol is in that very small minority of business owners that not unlike cream, rises to the top. His inspection at our place was stellar, bar none! Karol walked and talked me through each and every move he made. I felt so empowered and educated once our inspection was completed (thank you!). Karol doesn’t miss a thing; an eagle eye for precision (you’ll see). Also, Karol’s prompt inspection report arrived the very same day as inspection. Report was mind-blowing in detail (I kid you not). In areas where inspection was not up to code, Karol sites code regulations and pertinent documentation to back up needed corrections. Contained in report are step by step evaluations (colour coded by severity) and corrections required for each item of concern, along with an easy to understand summary of corrections needed and actions required. In our particular situation, I was losing sleep over an issue with our contractor, but after Karol’s visit and report, I slept like a baby. In closing, I can’t say enough about this man and his company. If star ratings were based higher than five, Karol’s rating would be off the scale and somewhere in the stratosphere; he’s that good!
