UNIVERSAL DRIVING SCHOOL

Dear Mr Naveed,

I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for the excellent driving instruction I received at Universal Driving School. I recently completed the 30-hour practice course and successfully obtained my C1 license. I am incredibly thankful for the knowledge and skills I gained during my time with you.

I especially want to thank Mr. Naveed, my instructor, for his patience, expertise, and encouraging teaching style. He made learning to drive a positive and confidence-building experience. He was particularly helpful with backup to the dock skill, navigating busy intersections, and building my confidence on the highway.

Mr. Naveed at Universal Driving School was knowledgeable and dedicated. His advice was informative and engaging, and the in-car instruction was invaluable. I appreciate the emphasis on safety and defensive driving techniques, which I know will serve me well throughout my driving career.

Thanks to the comprehensive training I received, I feel confident and prepared to navigate the roads safely and responsibly. I would highly recommend Universal Driving School to anyone looking for quality driving instruction.

Thank you again for everything.

Sincerely,

Khiem Nguyen
