Natalia is a very kind and warm person with a lot of knowledge about skin. She made me feel welcome for my first time and treated me like I am a regular customer. The service felt very personalized compared to those big spas where you feel like just another customer. It is a quaint and comfortable atmosphere with relaxing music.
