I don’t understand all these bad reviews... Customers take the time to leave bad reviews but don’t take the time to leave good ones. I am glad I didn’t limit to these reviews. Please check their reviews on Google where there are clearly much more positive experiences than negative. We had to have our main drain completely redone after a nasty flood, which is a big, expensive, and scary job. Out of all the companies I approached for an estimate, Monsieur Drain was the only one to provide an estimate on site. Derrick came quickly and explained everything that needed to be done step by step as well as any unexpected “surprises” that could come up. He cooperated with the insurance company and handled the permits required by the city, avoiding me many headaches. Throughout the entire process he was reassuring and understanding of our fears and literally treated us like family. Their price was fair. They are not the cheapest but they get the job done well. Evan and Thomas, and everyone else did a fantastic job on site. These guys work hard and they clearly love their jobs. They even suggested a contingency plan to avoid the dog running away from the yard. The job lasted 3 days from digging to patching the hole, and every morning they came in smiling and in a good mood. It was an absolute pleasure to have them around. No nasty surprises came up while digging and they left the place nice and clean. The company owner Howard even came on site and got his hands dirty helping the guys clean up. This says a lot about the kind of company they are. They were always polite and nice even though the job was a tough one. I would not have minded a longer job, they were genuinely nice to have around. I am SO glad I made business with them and I definitely will do business with them again for all my plumbing needs. Thanks so much, guys! See you again soon!
