They have really great product, the girls on the sells team are super nice and helpful, pricing is okay competitive.
The main critics I have is the logistic and payment counter. It’s the most inefficient system I have seen . The worker are running around with paper system left and right at best of their ability. As a regular customer, I’m planing an extra good 45min in average of wait time
The store has a fantastic selection,the terrazzo tiles were absolutely beautiful, and the wood-style tiles were just as stunning.
We had such an excellent experience at Centura Tile, thanks to Sara! She truly went above and beyond to help us explore a wide range of design options. She took the time to really listen to what we were looking for, offered thoughtful suggestions, and even pointed out some unique tile choices we hadn’t considered.
