Service impeccable de la part de Viralex Serruriers ! C’est un des propriétaires, Alex, qui est venu à la maison, et on voit tout de suite qu’il connaît vraiment son métier. Il n’a pas les deux pieds dans la même bottine ! Très efficace, professionnel, gentil et poli. Je voulais installer moi-même une serrure intelligente, mais le trou dans la porte était trop petit. Ce n’est pas évident à ajuster quand il y a déjà un trou existant, alors je n’ai pas pris de chance — et j’ai bien fait ! Alex a fait un travail précis et de grande qualité. Le tout a été fait rapidement et avec beaucoup de soin. Je recommande cette compagnie sans hésitation. Franchement, excellent service ! Bravo à toute l’équipe !
