Welcoming service, I had no wait, respect for my requirements to see my filters. Acceptable price.
I draw attention to two observations:
1. The person who took care of entering my car did not put a seat protector on it.
2. When you are told that 1 liter of antifreeze is missing, it would have been nice if a small observation had been made to avoid the worst. I was told to make a mechanical appointment. Bizzz
If you want customer retention, this is not the right method.
The location is clean and the employees are well dressed.
My appointment at 9:00 a.m. to change 4 tires on my trailer I back up in front of a door at 9:00 a.m. and 15 minutes later it's over. Phew too quickly ? well there were 3 of them to do the job. Great ? thank you
Very satisfied with my tire break! It was very quick (around 30 minutes) in addition to impeccable service, the gang was smiling and in a good mood despite their computer system which was acting up, very satisfied :)
