Unfortunately, I was not given the option of a wire transfer at the end of the transaction which became extremely inconvenient for me. Please always offer this service to your clients (even if it is at an extra fee and even if it is slightly less convenient for you). Customer satisfaction should be your number one consideration, not your convenience. Thank you.
