The technicians, Sam and Alex arrived on time, they laid down protective carpeting on my newly renovated basement floors and cleaned everything up after the job was done. There was nothing left for me to clean after they left. It took a lot less time than I was expecting and the technicians explained everything to us in great detail, even we could understand how everything worked. Everything went exactly the way I was told it would go. The young lady I spoke to in the office was polite and pleasant, explaining the whole procedure in advance. She answered all my questions patiently and didn't make me feel that I was being a pest, which I actually can be. The estimate for the work was reasonable and there were no extra charges.
