We were received immediately following the death of my dad.We were extremely well received. Mr. Mercier guided us through the process without putting any pressure.The efficiency with which they made requests to various government agencies (qc annuities, saaq, ramq, old age security, etc.) was exceptional. The request for a death certificate to the registrar of civil status was sent the same day of our visit and we received it the following week!I highly recommend doing business with them.Very human and personalized service.Thank you from the bottom of my heart for lightening the task; That makes all the difference.
