I talked to Ronan concerning issues I was having with a product. He was very patient with me and explained in detail what was needed. His attitude was excellent. He is a guy you would hire if you had a company and needed quality personnel. I'm new to the solar world, but having employees like this would certainly make me come back to order more products from this company as needed. Thanks again.
