Unlike Best Buy in Montréal saint Catherine that has many staff who chat together and never provide any customer service or answer clients questions this Best Buy had awesome customer service and supportVery polite staff, super helpful.

Great store with key items on display. Waiting for the service counter for over 15 minutes. Staff are all over the place. No English on any displays. One star reduction for each - from what would otherwise be an excellent store.

_DO_ your homework before coming here! (Saint Jerôme)The shelfs were stuffed with expensive stuff while the cheaper products were hid away (I was looking for a wireless router).I went there because their site said that they have 2 models I was interested in, while my local store did not (now I know why). Shore enough, I couldn't find any of them. For one there was a label on the shelf, but the second was non existent. Actually, they did not displayed any products whatsoever from the other (cheaper) manufacturer.
