Got a fake nail removal and the lady was so rude and hurt me too… she didn’t remove all the plastic too so I won’t come back. They don’t take reservations and the wait is long! Maybe I just came on the wrong day, but I don’t think I will give it a second chance. Sorry 🙏😭 if you look at the photo you’ll see what I mean
I have been going there for 2 years always had good service with the same lady but today it was not the same and the one I had very bad service, she hurts, she is really stupid not to mention those nails which are awful. The $55 that hurt the most in my life
Terrible service.
Owner began removing my nails only to step aside without warning and putting someone else. This person was rough, didn’t express properly other than pushing and pulling my hand. She did a mediocre job while on the phone with her family.
I received no hand massage or lotion. When i try paying, they only take cash. I had to wait several minutes for the owner to confirm by phone despite showing them several times he had auto deposit.
Never returning here.
Cleanliness: Not a clean environment.
