“We were happy with the customer service we received.
We wanted to clean our mini split AC, because we got a smell and felt the cooling wasn't as strong as it used to be. Olivier was able to schedule us in a short time frame before we went on vacation. His team came to clean the unit on the inside and outside of the house and we felt an improvement.
We did have a minor issue with how quick the outside unit was cleaned and weren't sure if it was done correctly by the worker since we didn't observe him doing it. Olivier personally followed up and came to do another cleaning himself free of charge where I was able to observe him. He also showed me how I can do it myself and explained a couple of things about the unit to me as well.

Overall it was a satisfactory experience and we were especially impressed with the follow-up of Olivier checking himself to ensure customer satisfaction.
