Pleasantly surprised by all the explanations given by the veterinarian. Smiles, a warm welcome, fast service for a weekend emergency despite the fact that I am not a regular customer.The love of animals is very visible.Patience and gentleness, professionalism. Just perfect !!Thank you ☺️
Attentive, courteous and professional staff.The veterinarian who saw my kitten even called me after the consultation to find out how he was doing, my doctor doesn't even do that!
Today is a difficult day. I had Fanny, my 17 year old cat, euthanized this morning. I had 5 star service! I forgot the name of the veterinarian but I thank her as well as the 2 technicians who were very empathetic to the situation experienced. Everything was done with gentleness and respect.THANKS
