Today, I visited the store to explore options for a new air conditioner and decided to purchase the Insignia Portable Air Conditioner – 12,000 BTU (SACC 7,000 BTU) in White. Upon returning home and installing the unit, I was impressed by its performance and efficiency. I would also like to extend my sincere thanks to Marie-Nohémie for her outstanding customer service and helpful assistance throughout the process.
This Best Buy is the absolute worse, I bought a Samsung TV from them on april 9th that I was planning to setup after my renovations (2 months later). When I opened the box just recently (TV box was handled with care by the way), I found out the screen was scratched and cracked on one side. I went back and explained to them the situation, and the manager told me he can’t do anything its 30 days return policy. I decided to go to the Best Buy near my house, and they understood perfectly the situation and I decided to purchase a higher end tv.

I have never been so insulted while going shopping.
I went today to look for a particular product. I saw the product and asked an employee for information and the product did not suit what I needed.
I decided to look at other products, in 2 different places in the store. I was followed the whole time, like I was a thief. I looked at the car phone doors and an employee stood next to me, staring at me, even though I knew I didn't need help,
same thing when I looked at the different dashcams.
I was treated like a thief. I only had a fitted jacket and a small bag that my entire wallet fit inside. How do you expect me to leave with something?
