Professionalism is lacking in this clinic..5 people/men with their coats chatting and laughing behind the secretary who has difficulty hearing the information that is given to her. She also says out loud that she does not can't hear the customer and no onewithout worry.

I am satisfied, Dr. St Jean takes good care of my health, unlike even my family doctor who does not do all of this. The reception staff is always super polite the secretaries are really fine thank you very much for taking care of my health
