I went to the store following a serious hard drive problem. Eric the owner warned me of the little chance of recovering my data. A few hours later, he called me back with the good news that he had been able to recover my data. For the rest, he offered me 3 choices, either repair, purchase a used one or purchase a new one. He took the time to explain to me the advantages and disadvantages of the 3 choices without any pressure. The next day I had a new or ready to use computer that met our needs. Very satisfied and I recommend!

Ils savent très bien ce qu'ils font et je suis satisfais des 2 modèles que j'ai acheté à cet endroit. C'est bien pour dire, le premier marche toujours après pas loin de 15 ans.
