WOW ! What extraordinary service. Extremely satisfied, enjoyable sales rep, excellent team, very efficient. We highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for quality service and product. Carrier is a very well-known brand; it's been around for at least 100 years that I know of. We knew we were going with a great product but didn't know we had chosen such a fantastic team. I enjoyed doing business with TranClimatisation. Their representative came quickly for a visit, answered all my questions clearly and really took my needs into account. Three people came for the installation, including Mr. Tran himself, an electrician and a refrigeration engineer. From an administrative point of view (fixing and confirmation of the appointment, invoices and receipts) everything was done clearly, quickly and professionally. I am very satisfied with my Carrier air conditioning system. I recommend TranClimatisation.
The TRAN CLIMATISATION technician came on Wednesday May 15, 2024, he checked all the system to tell me that cleaning was not necessary, on the other hand he checked all the system took the refrigerant pressures, explained to us how to close the device in summer to avoid condensation. Good service, courtesy good payment system. I recommend Tran Air Conditioning
