Tecnic Rive-Sud (siège social) provides excellent service with a team of instructors who are courteous, professional, patient, and kind. Most customers are very happy with their experience, praising the reception staff and instructors like Daniel, Richard, François, Jean-Charles, Michel, and Steve. However, one customer had a negative experience with an instructor who was irresponsible and threatening. Despite this, the overall feedback is positive, with customers appreciating the high-quality instruction and service provided by the team.
The trainers are dedicated to their tasks. They want to pass on their passion while understanding the challenges that a new apprenticeship can bring. Honestly, Tecnic has been established in the field for several years already and their professionalism demonstrates it very well.

Overall, very happy with 95% of instructors. On the other hand, on September 30, 2023, class from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m., 3rd motorcycle class, the trainer left me with a very unpleasant taste. We are apprentices in motorcycle driving, we only have a few hours under our belt, and we are required to go at high speed to catch up with the trainer, who has more than 15 years of experience, even if it means exceeding the speed. permitted by law, is very irresponsible on the part of the trainer.
