Wonderful service from the receptionist "France". I called on Wednesday evening at 7:00 p.m. for an appointment with a doctor and 1 hour later around 8:15 p.m., I was in the office with the Doctor. My 4 requests were fulfilled without difficulty. I recommend this clinic (especially in the evening).
Unlike most other GMFs which make a place available without an appointment within 48 hours via an automated telephone system, at the St-Henri clinic you have to travel, wait in line for 1-2 hours for the door to open (and sometimes the line is very long and goes all the way outside), give your name and wait another 3 hours. It's really an archaic system. You can easily lose a full day of work.
