J'adore mon médecin de famille. Il y un travaillereuse sociale extradorinaire egalement. Par contre, je trouve tellement que les autres employees ont l'air de detester leur job. Le service n'est pas rapide. De plus il faut se justifer fois mille pour avoir un rendez vous avec note médecin! Gros n'importe de quoi à part de 1 médecin et 1 travaillereuse sociale!!!

Wonderful service from the receptionist "France". I called on Wednesday evening at 7:00 p.m. for an appointment with a doctor and 1 hour later around 8:15 p.m., I was in the office with the Doctor. My 4 requests were fulfilled without difficulty. I recommend this clinic (especially in the evening).

Unlike most other GMFs which make a place available without an appointment within 48 hours via an automated telephone system, at the St-Henri clinic you have to travel, wait in line for 1-2 hours for the door to open (and sometimes the line is very long and goes all the way outside), give your name and wait another 3 hours.It's really an archaic system. You can easily lose a full day of work.
