Jassen was engaged to renovate the basement after we threw out Intact Insurance and their demolition company OnSide.
He was initially asked to build us a subfloor which we were so impressed with, we ended up asking him to coordinate all the various pieces to completion (Vinyl Flooring, Windows, Gyproc/Plater, Baseboard Heaters/LED Lighting, Spray Foam Insulation etc.)
He also has a vast network of experts he can pull in when required that help with the completion on time and within expectations.
I highly recommend Kobra Construction to friends & family as this kind of professionalism / reliability is hard to find today.
