I had installed a new motherboard in an old computer and it would not boot. I brought it Thursday afternoon and by early afternoon on the next day, the problem was found. The new motherboard and the ryzen 5 9600x was too fast for the old graphics card I had installed. strangely the hdmi port on the motherboard displayed video when the graphics card was removed. Even though the cpu requires a graphic card. When I got there on the friday he finally tried a more modern graphics card and it worked (he had tried several other graphics without success).
