I had an eye exam on Thursday July 6, 2023 at the New Look des Promenades. I had excellent service from everyone who took care of me, from arrival to departure.I am in a wheelchair and throughout the exam they made sure everything was at the right height and that I was comfortable. I appreciated this attention from the team.Dr. Draghici knows how to put patients at ease and clearly explains each step of the tests and the results at the end. She is super nice.I will be returning to this location for my next eye exams!

I am very satisfied with the service I received from the whole team. Mrs. Hania, who received me with courtesy and kindness. The professionalism of the director Laurence Loisel-G, the dynamism and the good humor that she exudes immediately put me at ease.And what about Mr. Luc Pétrin, optician, who did not hesitate to go back to his books to look for an old mathematical formula in order to solve a problem that was clearly out of the ordinary. That's professionalism. So thanks. If you want to do business with the pros, go to them.
