From my birth until 2003, I went to the Saint Basile Optical Center, which was formerly located in Montreal. I started wearing contact lenses and glasses in 1998. I always liked the warm side of the Center. I would have liked to have been told about disposable day glasses for comfort. In any case because of the Paragon CRT website which formerly gave the contact details of practitioners, a dubious practice because I would have much preferred to discuss what I had come across on the Internet with my optometrist at the time, Dr. Caroline Roch, instead of directing me to an unknown clinic. First eye exam in forever, went very well! Dr. Vincent knows his stuff, gave me a complete look plus a myopia test, real gentleman! Plus the assistant gives you a pre-exam in a different room with very modern equipment. Such a friendly staff!
It is a clinic where the client is at the heart. All the staff are welcoming and caring. Dr. Caron is excellent, he explains the why and the how well. I was particularly impressed by his calm and human side.
