Very good family doctor… you still have to be able to see him. So deficient as an appointment making system. Both by internet and by telephone.
What's the point of trying to improve when customers have no choice.

their site says to go to the portal or telephone to make an appointment with a family doctor, neither of them works, I need to get checked to find out if my post-operation is going well because I have pain, no way, we will wait until everything is done and end up in the emergency room...again...

I know that the medical center has good doctors who listen to their patient, but I have no good words for my doctor who I categorize as a controlling doctor wanting to do things her way, she doesn't seem open to me. listens to me and regularly refuses to issue new CNESST reports even though a doctor must be open and listen to his patient. But what gives me reason to give her one star is that she decided to change our face-to-face meeting for a telephone meeting, making me hang up the line on me even though I told her my simple opinion, without the insult, she took it badly and
