I called on Émondage SBP to cut down 5 diseased ash trees and I wholeheartedly recommend them. I was in contact with Marc Picard from start to finish, and I am amazed by his know-how and professionalism. He took the time to answer all my questions, made me think about things I wasn't even aware of (e.g.: checking with Info-Excavation if an underground network is at risk in the event of grubbing), traveled for the estimate, and even returned the day before felling to ensure that the premises were ready for the operation. Excellent service! Attentive, courteous and very professional employees. The prices are very competitive and the work is impeccable. Even though it was only a small contract, we handled the work really well. I recommend without hesitation. Special thanks to Marc for his customer service.
