Nobody was rude (like some previous posts have mentioned) and furthermore, the questions they asked me showed me how much knowledge they have. I don't think my neighborhood dry cleaner (who I've used for hemming in the past) would have thought to ask me those questions. They are now my go-to for any alterations including simple hems.“
