I have been a patient of Dr. Morin for over 10 years now and I am extremely satisfied with all the follow-up they (secretary included) provide me.I have severe Meniere's disease and when I have a problem, I call and I always have, with a capital T, an emergency appointment the same day or in the same week.I did not have this service as quickly and as securely when I lived and was followed by the ENT in Quebec.Thank you to the whole team for allowing me to have a pleasant quality of life!
Excellent service, the staff is super nice, the professionals are super competent. Honestly giving 1 star just because it takes a long time to get the line is just ridiculous. This place doesn't deserve these ratings at all!
