Station Service Denis Pelletier

While traveling between Ottawa and New Brunswick I had a flat tire and had to stop at Rivière du Loup for the night. During the evening I did a search and the Denis Pelletier garage came up with good comments. The next morning I went there and they repaired my tires before their customers who had appointments. Only one conclusion comes to mind: the customer service is second to none and the quality of the work that was done was impeccable and courteous.

If I could give 10 stars, I would! After our vehicle broke down on a Friday evening, the tow truck brought us to this garage. Not being from the area we thought our weekend was ruined. We were sure we wouldn't be able to find an open garage on a Friday evening. When we arrived there, we were taken care of by a courteous and warm mechanic. 1.5 hours later we were back on the road and able to enjoy our weekend. In short, we recommend without hesitation and thank you again!

On September 12, 2023, I was in Prince Edward Island. My motorhome's engine was misfiring intermittently. I wrote an email to the Pro-Alignement Lavoie garage, in Témiscouata-sur-le-Lac, to request an appointment for the day after if possible, i.e. September 14, and I called the garage. An employee answered me and informed me that the owner Claude Lavoie was absent but that he would call me back.
