I agree with the previous review, very poor customer service. We took my child's school photo in early September and I only received the photos in December, so 2 and a half months later...No delay notice from the company, I only got a message apology pasted on the envelope when I received photos. I receive the photos in unacceptable quality, large horizontal blue lines on the 8x10 photos...I call and I am told that the machine was defective and that they have sorted out the bad photos but that mine were delivered when even, that I was the lucky one...Again I did not receive any notice beforehand that the photos could be bad and that if it was the case, to contact them....read full review

Very poor customer service. We are sold photos at high prices which are supposed to be retouched, but we are told that in the end they are not.Next year, for school photography, we will do business with a real professional photography studio.
